WebDesign Process

Pre - Project
We can meet in person or Skype before scheduling a date to start the project. To secure your project slot, I'll send you a contract to sign. Once you review and sign the design contract you'll receive a Paypal payment request for 50% reservation. When the payment has cleared, you'll receive a confirmation on the exact starting date.
(The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the project before or after we start. This is also the same for if you need to postpone the project for any reason. )

-  W E E K   1  -
I'll ask you to fill out this questionnaire with information about your business and preferences. At this point, I will also set up a Dropbox folder for the project and share this with you, so that you can add any imagery and text you'd like me to include in the website. I'll also need your domain provider logins at this point too. If you don't already have this in place, I can advise you on how to set these up.

Project Start

-  W E E K   2  &  3  -  
 I'll send you a choice of 2-3 different concepts. I will create these based on your questionnaire and requirements. Upon these concepts, you'll get to provide feedback on what you like and what you don't, suggesting changes when necessary upon the concepts that already exist.
Feedback should be provided to the designer within the duration of 3 days. 

There will be 4 revisions in order to finalize the webdesign concept and move to the next step. Additional revisions will be charged $50. 

Wrapping - Up

 At the end of the project, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the payment before I hand over access to the website and send over your guide & tutorials.
Tutorials are delivered in .pdf form and provide information on how to make simple changes and updates on your site. If you wish a meeting can be set-up for this as well.
